2021

The Northern Beaches Eisteddfod committee has evaluated the current situation surrounding COVID-19, and decided that the Eisteddfod will not take place in 2021.

There is still a lot of uncertainty surrounding the running of community events, including the limits on public gatherings and whether the event will be able to take place at the desired time. There are many organisational commitments to be made at an early date to ensure that an Eisteddfod will be able to run, and the additional COVID-Safe practices that must be complied with places additional stresses on our volunteers.

We are disappointed that we cannot run the Northern Beaches Eisteddfod in 2021, however we sincerely hope that we will be able to continue the event in 2022.

Thank you for your understanding.
